Booking Information
Thank you for choosing to stay with us.
We want your holiday to be as enjoyable and straightforward as possible. The information below explains our booking process, payment terms and the house rules that apply to all direct bookings made through Stay at La Torre Golf.
Whether you choose Villa Feliz or Marisol, we're always happy to answer any questions before, during or after your stay.

Booking Requirements
To comply with Spanish regulations and prepare for your arrival, we require the following information before your stay.
• A copy of the passport of the lead guest.
• The full names of every guest staying at the property.
This information is treated confidentially and is used only for purposes required by Spanish law and the administration of your booking.
Booking Process
A booking is secured with a €200 booking deposit.
The booking deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven days before arrival.
Your booking is confirmed once availability has been confirmed and the required payment has been received.
Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of €200 is required before arrival.
Following your departure, the property will be inspected. Provided there is no damage, excessive cleaning required or missing items, the full damage deposit will be refunded promptly.
Rooftop Hot Tub (Villa Feliz)
The rooftop hot tub is available as an optional extra.
The charge is €10 per day, up to a maximum of €120 per stay.
Please let us know before your arrival if you would like the hot tub prepared for your stay.

Where possible, we will always try to accommodate early arrivals or later departures, although these cannot be guaranteed.
House Rules
To help ensure every guest enjoys their stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following.
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
• Only registered guests may stay at the property.
• Please respect our neighbours, particularly during the evening and at night.
• No parties or events are permitted.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside either property.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible.
• Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
Children
Children are welcome.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Villa Feliz includes a private heated swimming pool and rooftop hot tub.
For safety reasons, Villa Feliz is suitable for families with children aged five years and over.
Swimming Pools & Hot Tub
Guests use all swimming pools and the rooftop hot tub entirely at their own risk.
Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.
Care of the Property
Please treat the accommodation with the same care and respect you would your own home.
If anything becomes damaged or stops working during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Liability
While every effort is made to ensure our properties are safe, comfortable and accurately described, we cannot accept liability for:
• Personal injury arising from misuse of the property or its facilities.
• Loss of or damage to personal belongings.
• Temporary interruption of utilities or services beyond our reasonable control.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility failures or government restrictions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests arrange suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and personal belongings.
